GP Realty Finance, Inc. was founded in 1992 to fill a niche in the commercial real estate financing industry. Real Estate financing may seem like just a numbers game. And to be sure, delivering solid business solutions is the goal for every project. But it is developing strong relationships with the clients, lenders, and other professionals we work with that gives us the most satisfaction.

Greg PiantanidaGreg brings over 40 years of experience to solving your financing needs. In 1992, tired of corporate red tape, Greg founded GP Realty. The goals were simple -- listen to each client's needs, design solid financing solutions for their projects and simplify the process. Greg's previous years in mortgage banking include time at Wells Fargo Bank (in San Francisco), Seafirst Mortgage, and Pacific First Bank. At Pacific First, Greg served as Manager of Income Property Lending and oversaw a $1.3 billion portfolio. Greg's education includes a BA in Economics from the University of Washington as well as various continuing education courses in mortgage banking and real estate. Greg has taught courses in Real Estate Finance for the Washington State Board of Realtors.

Dan PiantanidaDan is one of the top commercial mortgage bankers in the Pacific Northwest. He has structured both debt and equity for a wide range of properties ranging from multifamily, office, retail and industrial to niche property types such as micro housing, hotels, self-storage and marinas. Over the past decade, Dan has built up a solid client list of some of the top commercial real estate investment and development firms. He has helped structure over $1 Billion of financings in his career. Dan has also put together real estate investment syndications with a particular focus on affordable housing. In his role as a managing member of these partnerships, he helps oversee the asset management of these properties as well as the investor relations.

Prior to joining GP Realty, Dan worked in corporate finance for a Fortune 500 high tech firm in Silicon Valley and Horsham, England. He earned a finance degree with honors from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.
