Our Financing Approach

GP Realty Finance designs financing for income properties using a unique process. First, we take the time to understand the client's needs based on the client's investment goals, market conditions, and property attributes. Second, after a careful underwriting analysis, we present the client with an array of financing options. Third, based on the client's feedback, we work with our capital sources to design the financing proposals that best meet the needs of the client.
